Certified Inventory Optimization Professional (CIOP) is an end-to-end supply chain certification program. The certification consists of 30 modules focusing both on traditional and futuristic topics. The traditional topics are introduction to supply chain management, all about inventory, strategic business planning, forecasting, demand management, capacity management, sales and operations planning (S&OP), master scheduling (MPS), materials requirements planning (MRP) and production activity control (PAC). It also includes topics on procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and packaging. The topic on the future trends such as Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (M/L) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). There is a significant focus on supporting technologies such as forecasting and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio. In addition to the above indicated topics the participants need to master over 3000 terminologies in supply chain management.
Product Specification. 8X10 fine-tuning in facilities in São Paulo, Brazil primarily for all raw materials including steel, zinc and iron. The company does not use aluminum in the production of metal products. Other than that, they are also using steel, iron, aluminum and tin in various products and they supply these materials through a chain of suppliers and distributors. This chain management method helps to obtain more efficient results, to save resources, to provide flexibility and to achieve cost savings.
Production Numbering System. This is an automatic number-system employed in supply chain management in Brazil. The company has an excellent capability to identify the type of raw materials utilized in any given product by utilizing the information obtained in its database system. In addition to this it establishes the quantities of every commodity used by the manufacturing companies for example, the manufacturer can establish whether the manufacturing process is proceeding as planned or not, and it can also provide assurance to the buyer that it has purchased enough materials and is ready to distribute the same.
Identification of the Customers. The company establishes its target customers, associates or partners who will be the purchasers of the raw materials in future. The methodology of supply chain helps the company to determine the volume of each customer at any stage of the operation by keeping a tab on the volume of every commodity provided to the customers along with its location, type of goods produced, net quantity per day/per week etc. The identification of the customers assists in planning the strategies related to product marketing, pricing, discounts, supply chain, pricing, supply chain management, customer value added and demand management.
