Certified Inventory Optimization Professional (CIOP) is an end-to-end supply chain certification program. The certification consists of 30 modules focusing both on traditional and futuristic topics. The traditional topics are introduction to supply chain management, all about inventory, strategic business planning, forecasting, demand management, capacity management, sales and operations planning (S&OP), master scheduling (MPS), materials requirements planning (MRP) and production activity control (PAC). It also includes topics on procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and packaging. The topic on the future trends such as Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (M/L) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). There is a significant focus on supporting technologies such as forecasting and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio. In addition to the above indicated topics the participants need to master over 3000 terminologies in supply chain management.

Postmodernism is an artistic style movement characterized by a revolutionary break with traditional modes of artistic expression and design. In its most original and influential works, Postmodernists explored the intersections of cultural signals and digital technology, delving deeply into the underside of contemporary life to produce powerful and disturbing works that challenged the status quo. Artists who came to the movement subscribed to an eclectic variety of cultural influences, including literary, political, scientific, and artistic ones. The most prominent among these was the thinker Martin Heidegger who used Postmodernism as a way of criticizing the limits of Western culture. Following the logic of his dialectical approach, this group of artists sought to uncover the symbolic meaning behind cultural statements using the medium of art.

The work of these Postmodern artists tended to be highly stylized and complex, generating numerous interpretations in the contemporary art context. As a result, they were often misinterpreted as expressing socio-political debate within a framework of art. Instead, their influence sparked off new discussions on how business operations can be conducted using a different framework to achieve similar ends (e.g. by producing much faster time frames for customer orders). It also led to the application of different methods and technologies to improve efficiency of the production process and help a company make better use of its human resources by eliminating waste and by streamlining processes. In the process, it became possible to reduce costs and increase profits without compromising the quality of the final products or impacting the company's reputation.

Postmodernism has had profound effects on the production process and has contributed to the development of many production processes aimed at producing much more efficiently and effectively than before. For example, the introduction of the production scheduling system and the concept of lean manufacturing made it possible to reduce labour costs by implementing processes such as quality control and labour saving strategies. Production planning systems and the ability to measure real-time activity and results greatly increased the efficacy of certain types of production processes. The advent of computer based tools, numerical analysis programs and more accurate calculation methods have also contributed to reducing the time needed for certain procedures or products, which consequently increased profitability. All these factors combine to make postmodernism an important aspect of industrial production and, hence, a very important aspect of the contemporary economic landscape.
