CIOP training and certification program is delivered over 90 hours of classroom/online training in corporate and retail batches. The uniqueness of this program is that it addresses the modern supply chain trends without loosing the traditional aspects. This program prepares the participants for supply chain management in 2025 and beyond by infusing the learnings need in the areas of industry 4.0 such as Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (M/L) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). It also deals with process improvement philosophies, methods, and tools such as Microsoft Visio. The program deals with almost 50+ supply chain analysis techniques.

The world of automated machines covers a vast spectrum and includes a wide array of automated machines and functions, however these machines tend to be split into two general categories: those intended for personal users and those intended for large companies such as retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. In addition to these general machine categories there exist specific machine categories which include factories, warehouse environments, distribution environments, packaging environments, and point-of-sale environments. Within these machine categories, each can be further subcategorized as well, allowing manufacturers and administrators to better understand the machines they require for their business and ensure that they purchase only those that will most appropriately serve their needs.

As opposed to previous decades when automated machines were very much a part of our lives, the modern era of automation has made life much more complicated for both manufacturers and administrators. With increased productivity, fewer workers are required to do the same tasks which previously required dozens or even hundreds of employees, as well as increased profits which are usually the main driving force behind the increased use of automated machines in the first place. Additionally, as artificial intelligence begins to play a more important role in how these automated machines operate and what they can accomplish, the ramifications of their use are only beginning to surface.

One of the primary causes of the current rise in the use of automated systems is simply the fact that humans are starting to become less of an impediment to the smooth running of these automated systems. Humans were once the primary cause of downtime and functionality issues within manufacturing and distribution, but the advent of semi-automated processes and solutions like software applications has dramatically diminished this problem. As long as humans remain tied up in the minutiae of day-to-day operations, automated systems can be relied upon to handle the majority of the mundane aspects of factory and warehouse operations. However, the creation of artificially intelligent robots such as the Apple Icy program and Microsoft's Atlas program has also made the issue of human interference with factory automation much less of a problem, as well as human error much less prevalent. In the future, the integration of these highly sophisticated machines will create even more complications, as machine and human alike may become more able to interact with each other without creating major issues.
