CIOP is an end-to-end supply chain training and certification program designed and developed by supply chain practitioners and consultants. The syllabus was developed in consultation with the industry, which led to Inventory Management Body of Knowledge (IMBoK v3.0). Most of the class discussions you will hear cannot be found in any textbook rather these are all the original contribution from the developers of CIOP. For example, think about the types of inventories such as raw material, work-in-process and finished goods. Out of these three, WIP is the most difficult to sell in the market and that is one of the reasons, WIP should be controlled well. The company has a built-in capability and capacity to sell finished goods, which is their business. The second easy to sell are the raw materials as you know the suppliers, who may either buy-back or at least guide you. But in case of WIP, this is custom manufactured to suit your manufacturing processes and may not well fit any other organisation, hence you may have to sell it as a scrap.

Arrange for the highest levels of performance from your warehouses, Aperia software helps you do just that. When your warehouses are operating at their optimum efficiency, you're able to meet your overall production and customer service goals more easily.

The built in Supply Chain Management software within the system also helps you better understand your entire supply chain from manufacturing to shipping and returns. By understanding the entire process, you're better prepared to ensure that your processes are operating at optimal performance, reducing waste and increasing profits.

Managing your warehouses doesn't mean that you can be lazy. You can't afford to sit back and hope that your logistics department is doing a good job of tracking your stocks or that they are building up the right kind of back office network. For these reasons, employing the Anova Method can improve productivity, reducing warehouse costs and streamlining operations. This is particularly helpful during periods when a particular time frame in your supply chain needs to be maximized, and the above method has been specifically designed to help with logistics and warehousing departments achieve this goal.

Anova in depth analysis shows that using the Anova methodology allows logistics personnel to more accurately assess the status of a particular product at any point in time. This means reducing losses and extending profits. Not only is this useful for operations at the warehouse level, but the method is also applied at the manufacturer level as well, helping them improve their entire supply chain management. Furthermore, this technology has been specifically designed to be easy enough to incorporate into the existing supply chain management systems of large scale manufacturers and companies, making it one of the most useful features of the technology.
