Step-1: Supply Chain Management Aptitude Test (SCMAT)

The SCMAT is a 60-minute assessment comprising 100 MCQs designed to evaluate supply chain domain knowledge. The results help career coaches identify suitable roles and career pathways.

Step-2: English Language Assessment

Strong English communication skills are essential for professional success. Fhyzics uses EF Test and British Council English assessments to evaluate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

Step-3: Artificial Intelligence & SCM Technologies Aptitude Test

The Artificial Intelligence Aptitude Test is a 30-minute assessment comprising 50 MCQs designed to evaluate AI awareness and readiness. It helps identify a supply chain professional’s ability to adapt to AI-driven roles and technologies.

Step-4: Current State Questionnaire

A structured questionnaire designed to assess your current career status, identify strengths and weaknesses, and help the coach understand challenges affecting your career growth.

Step-5: SCM Consultants Analysis

Our SCM consultants evaluate the candidate’s SCMAT score, English proficiency, AI aptitude, resume, and current state questionnaire, providing detailed insights to the SCM coach.

Step-6: SCM Coach Consultation–1

In this 30-minute one-to-one coaching session, the SCM Coach explores the candidate’s aspirations, validates the current state, and helps build greater self-awareness.

Step-7: Coach Analysis

Based on the consultation and assessment results, the SCM Coach conducts a detailed analysis, identifies competency gaps, evaluates potential, and develops personalized career recommendations.

Step-8: SCM Coach Consultation–2

This consultation helps the candidate clearly understand identified skill gaps, review development opportunities, and create a targeted action plan to bridge those gaps and achieve their desired career aspirations.

Step-9: SCM Success Blueprint Report

Upon completion of the first eight steps, Fhyzics prepares a comprehensive Success Blueprint Report outlining key findings, identified gaps, and actionable recommendations to help the candidate achieve their career aspirations.

Step-10: Success Track

As a follow-up stage, our Career Coach Manager periodically connects with the candidate to monitor progress, review completed actions, and ensure successful implementation of the recommendations.
