Program Overview
The Indian Civil Services Examination conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) is the most competitive examination in the country. It is no exaggeration to call it the mother of all competitive examinations. Those who prepare for the Indian Civil Services examination face all other examinations, whether in the government or private sector, easily. For most successful Indian Civil Services Examination candidates, the foundation is laid during their school and college days. Fhyzics-Education has launched three programs. Venkadesh Narayanan, IRAS, Former member of Indian Civil Services, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, designed these programs.
Venkadesh Narayanan, IRAS
He is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA with over 30 years of experience in Consulting and Coaching Civil Services aspirants. He is a former member of Indian Civil Services (IRAS 2000 Batch) who opted for Geography and Psychology papers during his CS Mains.
Venkadesh Narayanan is serving as the Principal Consultant at Fhyzics and holds professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, NPDP, CBAP, CPP, CPRE-FL, and PMI-PBA.

Civil Services Freshman Program
The freshman program is most suited for someone in their 10th Standard or Higher Secondary. This is a 6-week (18 Hours) online program commencing on Sunday, December 04, 2022. Each Sunday, the participants will attend a three-hour session from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with a 15-minutes break. The program is supported by Fhyzics’ Learning Management System (LMS), where participants can review the presentations and take periodic assessments in MCQ format. The program is delivered through the Microsoft Teams platform.
The program curriculum includes the following:
Introduction to the Indian Civil Services Examination
NCERT 10th Standard History, Geography and Science
Introduction to the Constitution of India
Current Affairs and News Paper Reading
Civil Services Sophomore Program
The sophomore program is ideal for someone in their Higher Secondary or College First Year. This is a 12-week (36 Hours) online program commencing on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Each Saturday, the participants will attend a three-hour session from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with a 15-minutes break. The program is supported by Fhyzics’ Learning Management System (LMS), where participants can review the presentations and take periodic assessments in MCQ format. The program is delivered through the Microsoft Teams platform.

Introduction to the Indian Economy and Polity

Civil Services Junior Program
The junior program is well suited for someone in their college aspiring to appear in the Indian Civil Services Examination or State Civil Services and other competitive examinations conducted by the Government or public or private sectors. This is a 52-week (156 Hours) online program commencing on Sunday, December 11, 2022. Each Sunday, the participants will attend a three-hour session from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with a 15-minutes break. The program is supported by Fhyzics’ Learning Management System (LMS), where participants can review the presentations and take periodic assessments in MCQ format. The program is delivered through the Microsoft Teams platform. The program is designed in such a way that the students are fully equipped to appear in the Preliminary Examination – the first step in the Indian Civil Services Examination.
